On the management side, I use Jira, Notion, and several Excel spreadsheets to keep our design operations smooth and efficient. I oversee a fantastic team of designers, ensuring projects run seamlessly from intake to completion - helping them excel, generate innovative ideas, and effectively solve problems, all while offering comprehensive support. My role also encompasses managing project intake, overseeing design processes, and strategically allocating team resources.

One of my favorite aspects of design is prototyping. I love bringing my work to life by controlling interactions, flows, and animations—it's truly one of the most enjoyable parts of my job. And while utilizing the latest design tools, I ensure that my designs and prototypes facilitate seamless handoff to engineers and tech teams.
